C482-0011 is the control panel PCBA for the Simplicity Scout Plus canister vacuum: the circuit board mounted behind the panel buttons. Unresponsive buttons that survive a wiring and switch check are the usual reason this board gets replaced.
Scout Plus and the standard Scout do not share the board. The plain Scout takes C481-0011, so confirm the model name on the machine first. Both boards mount into the control panel housing catalogued as C481-0010, which is ordered separately if it is cracked.
