Complete replacement roller brush for the power nozzle on the Simplicity Scout Plus canister vacuum, part number C482-0004. It comes assembled and ready to drop into the nozzle, so there is nothing to transfer across from the worn roller.
Agitators wear in two ways. The bristles round off and stop reaching down into carpet pile, and hair winds itself tight around the shaft ends until the roller drags or stops turning altogether. Either one leaves carpet looking vacuumed but still holding grit. A fresh roller brings back the sweeping action that lifts dirt up where the suction can carry it away.
