SEBO Cable Rewind Pedal Spr...

Product details
When a rewind pedal goes dead underfoot, the spring behind it has usually failed rather than the pedal itself. SEBO stocks that spring separately as part 6023 for the C1.1, C2.1 and C3.1.
It does two jobs in one stroke. Going down, it gives the pedal enough load to trip the catch holding the cord reel; coming back, it lifts the pedal clear again so that the next press starts from the same place. A spring that has fatigued, or snapped at a coil, leaves the pedal lying wherever it was last pushed and the cable waiting to be wound in by hand — the same complaint a cracked pedal produces, which is exactly why both are worth checking before an order goes in. The distinction is simple enough to make at the machine: if the pedal moves through its full stroke and nothing releases, suspect the spring; if the stroke itself has shortened, suspect the moulding.
- Part number: 6023
- Fits: SEBO C1.1, SEBO C2.1 and SEBO C3.1 canister vacuums
- Role: loads and returns the cord rewind pedal
- Supplied: as one spring

- Other springs listed for these canisters: 6045 for the attachment cover, and 6143
Since SEBO lists more than one spring for this family of machines, give the number when ordering rather than the description — the wording overlaps, the numbers do not. It is small enough to be worth adding to any order that already has the canister coming apart for other work. Searches that land here include SEBO rewind spring, C2.1 cord reel pedal spring, and SEBO cable retract spring replacement. Genuine SEBO part, dispatched in 2–5 business days.
