Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement straight stainless steel wand (Part #R7484) fits the Rexair E and connects your hose to floor tools and attachments. The rigid wand carries airflow from the hose to the cleaning head while giving you comfortable reach. It fits Rexair 1912.

A wand that is bent, cracked, or loose at its connections leaks air and loses suction before it reaches the tool, and a damaged wand can be awkward to attach. That lost airflow means the cleaning head works below its potential. Fitting a solid wand restores full suction to the head.
