Part B625-1014 is the temporary spacer used with the suction inlet seal on Vibrance and Symmetry uprights and on the 7000 and 8000 series machines. The spacer sits behind the seal at the suction inlet, taking up the gap so the seal is held at the correct depth and the joint between the nozzle and the bag chamber stays airtight.
Air leaks at the inlet are one of the quieter causes of poor cleaning performance: the motor sounds normal and the brushroll turns, but a measurable share of the suction never reaches the floor. Fitting the spacer along with a fresh seal closes that path back up.
