Product details
6675GS is the suction neck SEBO cuts for the AIRBELT K2, moulded in gray black. It forms the throat at the front of the canister, the first rigid section of ductwork the air meets after leaving the hose, and SEBO cuts a separate one for every body it serves — the number matters far more here than the colour.
Trace the path and its importance becomes obvious. The complete K2 hose run is 6447GS, seven feet with handle and coupling; that coupling is locked into the machine by retaining ring 6612GS at position 42 of the AIRBELT K sheet, and it lands in this neck. From there the airstream crosses seal 6014 and spring lock 6042WS and enters the bag hanging in holder 6681HG. The suction neck occupies position 2 on the diagram, where the number printed is the K3 version, 6677GS; 6675GS is the equivalent moulding for the K2 machines.
Plastic that carries a full airstream every working day eventually crazes, and any split along it admits air into the duct upstream of the bag. That is the worst possible place for a leak: the motor gets its air the easy way, from inside the machine, and the nozzle stops lifting anything. What the owner hears is a vacuum running exactly as loudly as it always has, which is precisely why bags, filters and hoses usually get replaced first. A leak, unlike a blockage, does not change the sound of the machine.
