Product details

Part 62205 is the on/off switch button for Electrolux canisters, supplied with its spring and rocker arm - the three pieces that turn a press of the button into the switch action inside. It is also catalogued as EXR-3465.

These parts wear as a set. The button face cracks or sinks, the rocker arm rounds off at its pivot, or the spring loses its return, and the machine ends up needing two or three jabs to start, staying on after you have switched it off, or sitting with a button that has fallen down inside the housing.

It covers the plastic-bodied Electrolux Canadian canisters, including the LE, the 2100 and the Hi-Tech, and the C101, C102, C141, C151, C152 and C153 series. Depending on what else has broken you may also need the switch control housing, which is a separate part.
