The NuTone CT175 Telescopic Electric Wand is an aluminum retractable wand that extends from 26 to 39 inches in one-inch steps, locking at each setting through a positive ratchet mechanism. Its electrical connection carries power to a motorized cleaning head for deep carpet cleaning.
An electric wand that will not hold its length or has a failing electrical path leaves the powerhead without reliable power and shortens your effective reach. A sound replacement restores both the ratchet lock and the electrical connection so the motorized head runs as intended on carpet.
