FHC-201C111 is the hose assembly for the Titan TCS4702 central vacuum, the flexible hose you carry from inlet to inlet and connect your wands and tools to.
Everything you clean with a central vacuum passes through this hose, and it lives a harder life than the pipework in the walls ever does: dragged across thresholds, coiled tight for storage, occasionally shut in a door. Cracks open along the ribbing, usually within a foot or two of either cuff, and once air is getting in through a split the tools go weak while the power unit works exactly as it should.
If suction is strong at the wall inlet and poor at the wand, the hose is where to look. Confirm your unit is a TCS4702 before ordering so the fittings match.
