Part U11-542.SC replaces the black nozzle assembly on the Titan T4000.2 upright. The nozzle is the moulded head at the front of the machine: it holds the brush roll at the right height above the floor and channels everything the roll kicks up into the suction path.
Because it is the part that meets furniture legs and door frames, it is also the part most likely to be broken on an otherwise sound machine. A cracked nozzle leaks air, and one with a broken mount lets the brush roll sit at the wrong height, which shows up as poor pickup on carpet even after a new belt has gone on.
A replacement head puts the geometry back where the factory set it. Confirm the machine is a T4000.2 before ordering - the TC6000.2 takes a different, grey assembly.
