Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

It holds a component in place under light spring pressure so nothing shakes loose while the machine runs.
Carpet Pro, Clean Max, Fuller Brush, Maytag, and Titan uprights all use this same spring clip, matching the models listed below rather than one clip design per brand name.
A spring clip rarely announces its own failure. What gives it away is the part it was holding: a cover that will not click fully home, a panel that rattles as the machine moves, or a small piece rattling loose somewhere inside the bag housing.
