This OEM bag door latch with spring secures the bag compartment on the Titan T4000.2, TC6000, and TC6000.2 and the Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD, CMP3T, CPU3N, CPU3QD, CPU4N, and CPU4T. The latch and spring hold the door closed against the airflow inside.
A broken latch or tired spring lets the bag door pop open or sit loose, breaking the seal that contains dust and builds suction. Dust then escapes into the housing and pickup falls off. A fresh latch and spring restore a tight, positive closure.
