Part 561060124 is the secondary filter cover for the Titan T3600 bagged upright. It clips over the secondary filter and closes the compartment, and that seal is what forces air through the filter media rather than around the edge of it.
A cover with a snapped tab or a warped face will not hold the filter down evenly, and once air can bypass the media the filtration is largely notional: fine dust goes back into the room and grit reaches the motor. If the cover no longer clicks shut, or sits proud along one edge, replace it rather than taping it down.
It fits the Titan T3600. Fit the filter first, then check the cover closes flush the whole way round.
