Hard grit cylindrical brush roll for the Tornado BR 33 ride-on automatic scrubber, part 48906070. Grit-impregnated filament is the most aggressive option offered for this deck, meant for heavy build-up, rough concrete and restoration passes where a standard nylon fill would polish over the soil instead of cutting it.

Grit brushes are a deliberate choice rather than a default. They take material off the surface as well as the dirt, so they belong on unfinished or heavily soiled floors and not on sealed or coated ones.
