Genuine Tornado motor intake filter for the CK 14/1 Pro commercial upright vacuum, supplied as a single filter under part 90145. It is the last barrier in front of the motor, catching anything that gets past the primary filtration before it can reach the fan and windings.
Intake filters load up gradually and quietly. A clogged one starves the motor of the cooling airflow it depends on, so replacing it when suction starts to fall off — rather than waiting for a fault — is the cheapest motor insurance available on a commercial machine. Tornado also lists a HEPA exhaust cartridge and a foam exhaust filter for the same CK 14/1 platform, which makes it worth refreshing the whole filter set in one go.
