Genuine Tornado exhaust filter for the SWB 26/8 sweeper, ordered as 90100-TACONY. It sits in the machine's outgoing air path and holds back the fine airborne dust that gets lifted along with the debris the brushes sweep in.
Dust control is the main reason to run a powered sweeper indoors rather than a broom, and on this machine it rests on this one component. As the media blinds over, airflow through it falls, and the fine material it should have captured leaves with the exhaust instead — the point at which a sweeper starts making a site look worse than it found it. Tap or shake the filter out between services and replace it once it stays loaded after cleaning.
