External cloth filter bag for the Tornado Taskforce External and Taskforce External Air vacuums, part 90377. On these machines the filtration hangs outside the tank instead of sitting down in the debris, so the media has room to load up without strangling airflow the way a buried filter does.
Cloth media is serviceable rather than disposable. It gets shaken down and put straight back on, which is why one bag covers a long stretch of dry work. Replace it once the weave has glazed over with fine dust and a shake-out no longer brings suction back.
