Oreck lists TURBO1 as a handheld turbo brush for cleaning stairs and upholstery, with a roller powered by suction from the canister rather than by a motor or an electrical connection. It is supplied here with the standard 1-1/4 inch (32mm) fitting used on the Oreck Buster B canister.

Because the roller runs on airflow alone, there is nothing to wire in and nothing electrical to troubleshoot. If the roller stops turning, check first for hair or thread wound tightly around it before assuming the tool has failed outright.

Oreck states that the turbo brush fits most standard-size vacuum hoses, so it is not tied to a single machine, though the 1-1/4 inch cuff is what to measure against if you are fitting it to something other than a Buster B. Attachments on a compact canister take a lot of handling, and replacing a cracked or worn one is routine rather than a sign the vacuum itself is failing.
