Part B384-0900 fits Simplicity Synergy and Synchrony uprights as the upper cord hook, the piece near the top of the handle tube that catches the power cord when it is wound up for storage. This is the hook by itself, apart from the moulded base underneath that it clips onto.

A small part like this causes an outsized headache once it snaps. The cord no longer stays put where you looped it, so it ends up dragging on the floor instead of stowed.
