Riccar's parts catalog lists part B430-0114 as the black R Series cord hook fitted to Riccar Vibrance and Simplicity Symmetry uprights. One moulded piece does duty at both the upper and lower position on the handle tube, so a single part number covers either spot once it breaks.
Few parts on an upright see rougher treatment than the cord hooks. Someone strips the cord off in a hurry, the hook absorbs that pull from an angle it was never meant to handle cleanly, and eventually the plastic gives way where it meets the body. A hook flexing noticeably more than the one right next to it on the same handle is typically not far from snapping off.
