Upper wand handle cradle in black, part B484-8814. This is the TC style cradle the wand handle drops into when the hose is stowed, holding it captive at the top of the tube instead of leaving it swinging loose against the machine body.

Fitment is listed for M1200, R20 and S20 uprights. Cradles almost always fail at the retaining lip long before anything else on the handle assembly is worn out, and once that lip is gone the handle will not stay seated on stairs or while the machine is being carried.
