Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement upper wand (Part #S88285000) fits the Nutone CT-600 power nozzle unit and the CT650. It forms the connection between the power nozzle and the rest of your central vacuum cleaning line.

A wand that is dented, cracked, or loose at the joint leaks air and wobbles under the attachments, which costs suction and makes the nozzle hard to steer. A solid replacement wand restores a firm connection and full suction transfer.
