This is the machine-end cuff for a Vacuflo crushproof hose, part 7067-G, in grey. It is the fitting at the tail of the hose, the end that goes into the inlet, as opposed to the handle end you hold. It is a replacement part rather than a Vacuflo-boxed one.
Cuffs fail quietly. The plastic splits along the barb where the hose is crimped, or the hose pulls back out of the cuff far enough to open a gap. Either way the leak is at your end of the pipe, so suction falls off wherever the hose is used while the power unit itself sounds perfectly healthy. A whistle at the connection is the giveaway.
It suits Vacuflo crushproof hose at the standard 1-1/4 inch central vacuum connection, and our fitment data lists it for the Vacuflo 1335.
