    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This 14-inch VacuMaid top lid (Part #DC12405) is the replacement cover for top-fill bagged central vacuum power units, fitting the SR800, DC800, and DC1240 models. The lid seats over the bag chamber to seal the system and provide the access point for changing the collection bag.

    Because the bag loads from the top on these units, the lid is opened regularly and can become cracked, warped, or worn at its sealing edge over time. A damaged lid leaks air and lets suction drop across the whole home. Installing a fresh 14'' lid restores a clean, airtight closure and convenient bag access.
