Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This VacuMaid top-fill can bottom bag protection metal plate (Part #PP101) sits at the base of the canister on top-fill bagged central vacuum units, shielding the bottom of the collection bag from abrasion and damage. It fits the SR36, SR38, SR66, SR800, and SR820 power units.

As dirt and debris drop into the bag, the bottom takes the brunt of the impact and weight. The metal protection plate provides a rigid surface that prevents the bag from tearing, snagging, or wearing through against the can floor – reducing the risk of leaks and premature bag failure inside the unit.
