The VacuMaid SR5412B is the replacement bottom can gasket for VacuMaid central vacuum units in the 14-1/2 can family, including the SR60 and similar machines. This rubber sealing ring sits between the bottom can and the motor head, forming the airtight joint that lets the unit generate full suction.

Over time gaskets compress, harden, and crack, causing air leaks that rob the system of power and let fine dust escape at the can seam. Fitting a fresh gasket is one of the simplest, most effective ways to restore lost suction on an older central vac.
