The VacuMaid SR62 is a 240v filtered central vacuum power unit for large homes up to 12,000 square feet. Introduced in 2021, it brings high suction and notably quiet operation to demanding whole-home installations wired for 240-volt service.
The SR62 runs an 8.4" bypass motor with a maximum draw of 8.9 amps, producing 775 air watts, 154 CFM of airflow, and 141" of water lift. Despite that power it operates at roughly 68 decibels, keeping the utility room comfortable while the unit runs.
