This is a replacement fastener only, not the cradle itself: an M4 thread, 30 mm long, Phillips-drive screw stocked as CleanMax part A430-1000. It anchors the molded cradle that holds the wand handle in place against the vacuum body whenever the wand is not in use.

On a fastener this small, length is doing more work than it appears to. The boss the screw threads into is shallow, so a shorter substitute catches fewer threads, and every time the wand gets pulled free the extra leverage on those few threads is what eventually strips the plastic boss and leaves the cradle loose.
