Wand-to-nozzle wire hose in the revised length, stocked as B434-2414C. This is the short corrugated section between the wand and the nozzle on M700, R20 and S30 uprights, and it carries both the airflow and the wiring that runs down to the nozzle.
It lives at the hardest-working bend on the machine. Conductors inside work-harden where the hose flexes on every pass, and the corrugation itself splits at the same point, so an intermittent loss of power at the nozzle or an audible air leak at the base of the wand often traces back here.
