Push a floor head across bare boards and a flat-spotted wheel announces itself straight away. Item 2306GS is the complete gray black wheel fitted to ET-1 and ET-2 power heads, supplied already assembled so it goes straight onto the machine with nothing to build up on the bench first.
SEBO carries it at position 111 across three sheets, the ET 1 / ET 2 power head diagram, the DART diagram and the FELIX diagram. Wheels fail in three ordinary ways. Hair and thread wind around the axle until the wheel turns stiffly or not at all, the rim chips on a threshold strip or a stair nosing, and plain abrasion flattens one part of the tread so the head thumps once per revolution. A seized wheel is the one that does real harm, because from that point the head skids rather than rolls and can leave grey marks along hard flooring.
Fitment here is unusually broad. The same wheel serves the SEBO FELIX Premium, FELIX 2 Premium, DART and C3.1 uprights along with the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium canisters, and it suits ET-1 as well as ET-2 heads whether or not they carry an on/off rocker. Confirm the new wheel spins freely once seated, and clear any wound thread from the axle boss while access is easy, since a clean boss is what keeps the next wheel turning. Working on both sides at the same visit is the sensible approach when one has already flat-spotted, because the other has covered the same distance. Light gray heads take the matching wheel 2306HG instead.
