This is a 24 by 24 inch sheet of white filter media, part 2424, sold as a single sheet you cut to size rather than a filter shaped for one machine.
A lot of vacuums use a foam or felt pad rather than a molded cartridge, and those pads are often the hardest filter type to source once a machine is older or was sold under a smaller brand. Because this media comes as a flat sheet, you can trace your worn pad onto it and cut a fresh one to the same outline, rather than going without filtration or running the machine on a pad that no longer seals or traps dust. Individually bagged sheets stay clean and flat until you are ready to cut one, which matters if you keep a spare on hand for a machine whose exact original filter is no longer available.
