Every SEBO filter bag hangs from a moulded collar inside the bag chamber, and 6681HG is that collar supplied complete in light gray. SEBO draws it at position 5 of the AIRBELT K parts sheet, immediately after the seal at 3 and the spring lock at 4, and directly ahead of the pre-motor microfilter at 6. The holder grips the card mount of the 6629AM AeraPure bag, squares its inlet against the intake collar and holds that junction shut while the motor pulls through it.

The seal, part 6014, and the spring lock, 6042WS, are what press the bag mount home; when the holder's own tabs wear or its frame cracks, that pressure goes uneven and the mount sits at a slight angle.
