Bissell's DeepClean Premier machines drive the brush roll through a pair of geared belts, and 1602669 is the left-hand one. It is sold as a single belt; the right side is a separate part number.
Geared belts hold brush speed under load, but when they go the teeth shear rather than stretch. The tell is a brush roll that runs and then stalls as you push into thick carpet, or one side of the roller turning while the other drags. With the base plate off it is unmistakable: sheared teeth and cracks at the tooth roots.
It fits the DeepClean Premier Pet 17N4 and its variants, the DeepClean Deluxe Pet 36Z9, the DeepClean Premier 47A2 family including the color editions, and the 80R4. If the machine has been run with one belt gone, inspect the other before you close it up.
