Keep allergens and microscopic particles trapped with this OEM HEPA filter for the Bissell PowerGlide2763, Bissell PowerGlide27631, and other similar models. If you notice weaker suction or musty-smelling exhaust air, a clogged HEPA filter is the most likely culprit.
Replace the HEPA filter every 12 to 18 months, or sooner if you vacuum frequently or have pets. A saturated HEPA filter forces the motor to work harder to pull air through, which reduces suction and can lead to motor overheating. Never wash a HEPA filter unless it is specifically labeled as washable by the manufacturer.
