Air-driven turbo brush, Bissell part 1607765, for the PowerGlide and PowerGlide Lift-Off 2763 series and a long run of Bissell uprights beside it: the CleanView 2410, 3918 and 9595, the PowerForce 1700, 1701, 2190 and 2191, and the 3332, 3333, 3534, 3675, 3676, 4207, 17G5, 18082, 92L3P and 92L3W.
There is no motor in this tool. The vacuum's own airflow spins the brush, which is why it works so well on stairs and upholstery and why it stops dead the moment hair packs the ends or the machine loses suction. A turbo brush that will not turn is usually telling you the hose is partly blocked rather than that the brush has failed.
Clear the roller with scissors when hair builds up, and keep the air slots on the underside clear. Those, not the bristles, are what drive it.
