Inner filter and foam, sold together under part number 2037913: this is the two-piece filter set for the Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo. It covers the 68C7 Helix Turbo and the 2140, the 1240 and 12B1 PowerForce Helix bagless uprights, the 98N4 PowerGroom Helix Rewind, and the 22C1, 22C12 and 32Y7 CleanView Helix Plus machines.
These filters sit right behind the cyclone, so they take the fine dust the bin never separates out. A loaded set is the single most common reason one of these vacuums feels tired: suction fading within a few minutes, dust puffing from the exhaust, and a motor running hot because it is pulling against a wall of packed dust.
Fit both pieces together. A clean foam behind a blocked inner filter changes nothing you can feel.
