Bissell part 2031330 is the front wheel assembly with its axle from the height-adjustment mechanism used across the company's bagless uprights, including the 6594 named on the packaging. The wheel carries the front of the nozzle and sets how high the cleaning head rides over carpet.
When it wears, the machine gets heavy to push, drifts to one side, or drops the nozzle into the pile so the motor loads up and the belt begins to smell. A wheel cracked at the hub lets the head sit crooked, which shows as one edge of a pass coming up clean and the other not.
The same assembly is used across a long run of Bissell bagless uprights, among them the CleanView 3590, 3575 and 3576-6, the PowerForce 3522, the PowerGlide 3545-2, and the 3593-1, 3595, 3596, 6582, 6585, 6590 and 71Y7.
