This brush roll, part 2032449, is the agitator used across a wide run of Bissell CleanView and PowerForce uprights, starting with the CleanView II 3576 and 3576H named on the listing.
It is a high-mileage part. Bristles wear shortest in the middle, where the machine is pushed hardest, so the first sign is usually a strip down the centre of each pass that stays dirty while the edges come up clean. Hair wound at the end caps is the other failure: it packs in behind the bearing until the roll stiffens, the belt slips and the whole nozzle smells hot.
