This is the replacement HEPA filter for Bissell style 7 and style 9 bagless uprights, part 32076. It is the pleated filter that catches the fine dust a bagless cyclone lets past, and it is the part that quietly throttles a machine once it loads up.
The tell is a vacuum that sounds strained and picks up less than it used to, or a dusty smell from the exhaust on start-up. Bagless machines load their filters faster than bagged ones, because everything that misses the bin ends up here instead.
It fits a long list of Bissell uprights: the CleanView II 3574 and 20Q9, the CleanView Helix 21K3, 22C1 and 82H1, the 3591 through 3596 CleanView Revolution range, the 44M3 and 44M3P, 53F8, 6590, 6590W, 6591, 67F8, 73G8, 84G9, 95P1, 9V00 and the BGU1451T.
