SEBO 12 in. Brush Roller for AUTOMATIC X, ESSENTIAL G, FELIX, DART, AIRBELT and ET-1 Power Heads

One roller covers most of the 12 in. SEBO fleet, and 5010AM is it. SEBO draws the part at position 104 on the ET-1 / ET-2 power head sheet and on the DART and FELIX sheets, and at position 123 on the drawing headed AUTOMATIC X4 X5 — a sheet name rather than a fitment list.

Fitment runs to the SEBO AUTOMATIC X1, AUTOMATIC X4, AUTOMATIC X4 Boost, AUTOMATIC X7 Premium and AUTOMATIC X7 Pet; the ESSENTIAL G1 and ESSENTIAL G4; the FELIX Premium and DART uprights; the CE12 Softcase; the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium; the C3.1; and ET-1 power heads with or without a switch. That breadth is exactly why the drive side has to be ordered with care. On the ET-1, DART and FELIX drawings the roller is turned by the toothed belt at position 103, part 2923, while the AUTOMATIC sheet carries a different belt entirely at position 154, part 5110. The SOFTCASE CE12 drawing goes further and shows two toothed belts of its own, 2923 at position 125 and 75098 at position 151. A belt bought alongside a roller has to be matched to the drawing for that machine.

The roller itself turns between the left and right bearing blocks shown at positions 102 and 105 on the power head sheets, 2314GS and 2313GS. Bristle strips seated in the roller body can be renewed on their own, but a roller with bearing play, a chewed end or worn strip channels is past strip service and due for outright replacement. The soft-filament version of the same part is 5010GE.
