Part D200-0200 is a replacement upright motor built for the Titan T4000, T4000.2, and TC6000; the TC6000.2 is not on this list and needs its own separate motor. This part is also the correct motor for Carpet Pro's CPU1, CPU1QD, CPU1T and CPU2, for the Clean Max CMPSQD, and for Fuller Brush's FBHD1, FBHD1T, FBMM1T, FBMMPW, FBMMPWCF4, FBP14PW, FBPHD2 and FBPHD2T.
Commercial uprights run for hours at a stretch, and the motor is typically the first major part to wear out on a machine used this hard. The warning signs are consistent across brands: an electrical or burning odor, a new grinding or whining note, power sagging as soon as load is applied, or no start whatsoever.
Before ordering, rule out the cheaper causes. A jammed brush roll or an airway choked with debris will make a healthy motor strain and smell exactly like a failing one, and swapping the motor will not fix either problem.
