A 1-1/2 inch crevice tool, part B3523600, sized for the Sanitaire SC412 backpack and the Carpet Pro SCBP1. The 1-1/2 inch fitting is the commercial standard, so the same tool is listed across a long run of Sanitaire and Eureka machines, including the C2194 and C4046 series, the C4047A, the S645A and the SC886F, SC888 and SC899G uprights.
Crevice tools go missing far more often than they break, usually left behind under a seat or in a stairwell. When they do break it is the tip, snapped off at an angle after being leaned on, which is exactly the part that made it useful.
The narrow opening concentrates the machine's airflow into edges, cushion seams and radiator gaps. Buy a spare alongside it if your crew shares tools between machines.
