Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The inlet duct is the channel that pulls debris off the nozzle on its way to the bag, and this cover is what keeps that channel closed along its run. Part B220-0214 covers a wide spread of machines: Maytag's M500, Titan's T500, the Clean Max ZM800, and the R10P and R10S from Riccar and Simplicity.
A duct cover that has cracked, warped, or gone missing opens a leak right at the start of the airflow path, and a leak that early costs more suction at the floor than a leak found further along. Because the cover sits in a spot that is easy to overlook during a routine bag or filter change, it is worth checking whenever suction drops and the bag and filter both test fine. A cover can also stop sealing without any visible damage, simply by no longer sitting flat where it meets the duct, so press along its edge and watch for movement instead of hunting only for a crack. Since the cover is a low-cost part relative to the labor of chasing a suction complaint through the rest of the machine, it is a reasonable first check once the bag and filter have already been ruled out.
