Part 1606433 is Bissell's clean-out probe for the ProHeat 2X Revolution, a slim rod shaped to reach along passages inside the nozzle that a rag or a hand brush simply cannot get into.
A carpet cleaner's worst clogs form in places you never see directly. Fine debris such as pet hair and dried cleaning solution builds up inside the channels that carry spray out and pull dirty water back in behind the nozzle. The earliest warning is usually one side of the nozzle wetting the carpet while the other stays dry, or water that pools on the carpet instead of being drawn back into the tank.
Slide the narrow end through the nozzle port, easing it back and forth with short strokes to break the clog loose, then rinse the channel with plain water afterward. A quick pass every few tanks keeps solution flowing evenly and avoids the point where the machine needs a full teardown to clear it.
Make this a routine step rather than a repair for a problem that has already shown up, since the channel narrows gradually well before it closes off completely. A machine that still wets the carpet on both sides but seems to burn through more solution than it once did for the same room is often partway down that road, and a pass with the tool now costs far less than a full nozzle strip-down later.
