Part B211-6400 is the cloth bag gasket used on the shared ultra lightweight (ULW) upright platform sold as the Carpet Pro CP-ULW and ZM-400, the Fuller Brush FB-SM, and the Riccar and Simplicity R10E. The gasket seals the point where the outer cloth bag meets the machine body.

A gasket that has hardened or torn is a quiet source of lost suction. Airflow slips past the seal instead of pulling through the bag, and because the loss happens at the bag mount rather than inside the motor, it is easy to blame the bag itself and replace the wrong part first. Flex the gasket by hand if you are not sure; one that has gone stiff enough to crack instead of bend is due.
