Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Dyson DC15 brushroll (Part #10-3406-02) is a replacement black roller for DC15 bagless uprights fitted with the black roller housing. Its fresh bristles reach into carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt and pet hair as the roller spins.
Bristles flatten and wear with use, and a worn brushroll drags across carpet without digging in, leaving floors looking dull no matter how many passes you make. Ground-in grit and pet hair stay behind. A new brushroll restores aggressive agitation so the DC15 pulls debris up from deep in the pile.
