This is the narrow, 5/16 inch geared belt for classic Electrolux power nozzles, part 26-3300-08. The gears cut into the belt are what keep it from slipping the way a flat belt can, so a worn tooth here shows up as skipped or uneven brush roll rotation rather than a smooth loss of speed.
It is built for the PN1, PN2, PN3 and PN4 power nozzle heads. Electrolux carried several narrow-belt nozzle generations across its canister lines over the years, so check the belt currently in your nozzle, or the part number stamped near the motor housing, against this one before ordering.
A geared belt does not slip so much as it loses teeth, and once enough are gone the brush roll turns intermittently or not at all even though the nozzle motor is still running. Inspect for cracked or missing teeth and glazing along the belt's inner face; either is reason enough to replace it.
Pull any hair or thread wrapped around the pulleys at the same time you change the belt. Debris caught between the belt and a pulley wears the new teeth just as it wore the old ones, so a belt change on its own does not always hold if the pulleys underneath it are still fouled.
