The bag adapter, part 522532, is the ring that attaches the outer bag to a Eureka or Sanitaire commercial upright. It converts a screw-on outer bag mount to the quick-latch commercial bag system, so bag changes take seconds instead of minutes — worth the switch in any building where several machines get emptied on the same round.
Fitment covers the Eureka and Sanitaire C2094B, C2094D, C2094E and C2094F, the C2194A and C2194B, the C4046B, C4046D and C4046E, plus the SC679J, SC886F, SC886G and SC899G. The same adapter is listed for the 2010XRB, 2118B, 2122A, 2124A, 2132A, 2132B and the 2271A through 2275AZ range.
If your current ring is cracked at the latch, or the outer bag keeps sagging away from the neck and leaking dust down the back of the machine, the adapter — not the bag — is usually what has failed.
