Part 618654 is the hose assembly for Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights in the SC5745 and SC5845 families - the flexible hose with its cuffs, running from the machine body up to the wand connection.

Hoses are the shortest-lived part of the airway on a commercial upright. They get trodden on, dragged round door frames and stretched to reach one more corner, and they split, often up inside a cuff where nothing is visible. A machine that cleans floors normally but does almost nothing at the tools has usually split its hose; blockages hide in there too.

Fitment covers the C5712A and C5712A1, the SC5713B and SC5713D, the SC5745B, the SC5815E, and the SC5845B and SC5845D. Push each cuff fully home, or you will lose at the joints what you just gained by replacing the hose.
