Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 59137329 is the hose adapter for the Hoover C9023 commercial canister - the fitting where the hose cuff meets the machine - and it also fits the Eureka and Sanitaire C4571A.
Everything the canister draws passes through this joint, so a hairline crack in the adapter bleeds air off before it ever reaches the hose. The machine sounds exactly as strong as it always did while the tools have visibly less pull, and a whistle at the connection with the motor running is often the giveaway.
Adapters crack around the locking tabs, where the hose gets twisted on and off hundreds of times. Check the hose cuff for the same damage while the adapter is off, since a worn cuff will loosen a new adapter's grip in short order.
